Viera gets almost no salt, and makes up for it with water from the sprinklers. Nearly every home runs reclaimed water before dawn, and it dries on the lower glass as hard white mineral spots before anyone is up to see them. Ordinary cleaning will not remove them; a scheduled treatment does.
The second problem is construction. Viera West is still being built, and the dust from the new phases off Stadium Parkway and Lake Andrew Drive blows across the finished homes and sticks to any glass the sprinklers have already wet. Pool cages trap pine and oak pollen every spring, and the sliders between the house and the lanai are the most-looked-through glass in the home and usually the dirtiest.
Most Viera homes do well on a quarterly plan with the inside glass done once a year. We work each village on a set day, and we are used to gate procedures and HOA vendor rules.

A first cleaning, inside and out, is $259 for a home up to 2,000 square feet, $329 for 2,000 to 3,500 square feet, and $429 for larger homes on our Silver package. After that, a quarterly maintenance plan runs $60, $77, or $100 a month for those same home sizes. Oceanfront and riverfront estates get a custom quote.
How often should windows be cleaned in Viera?
Quarterly keeps the pollen, lanai grime and sprinkler spots under control for most Viera homes. Homes next to an active construction phase or backing onto a preserve sometimes go to every two months. Most people have the inside glass done once a year.
Do you work in the gated communities?
Yes. Nearly all of Viera is gated and we work in Heritage Isle, Grand Haven, Bayhill, Addison Village, Bridgewater, Trasona, Sonoma and Capron Ridge. Just add us to your gate list or tell us the procedure when you book.
Can you remove hard water spots from sprinklers?
In most cases, yes. Mineral spots from sprinkler overspray need a dedicated treatment rather than regular cleaning. Tell us about them on the quote form and we will look at them on the first visit.
